DFM&R Service (Design for Manufacturability & Reliability) using Valor NPI:
- 100 percent component coverage. Any components not on file in the Valor library
(30+ million components) are created and checked. Customer is contacted
within 24-48 hrs for any missing datasheet information (component mechanical dimensions)
- Standard turn: 48-72 hours. For expedited turn (24-48 hrs, increased fee of 50%)
- We generally find at least one item which will require redesign of the fab/PCB

- Provide recommended footprint which reduce assembly rework and enhances long term reliability of solder joints
